All orders are shipped via Australia post.

Under no circumstances will we deliver outside of Australia.

All goods are sent via road transport ,Dangerous goods can not be sent via express post or via air.

Postal charges are calculated on weight of your parcel.

Please allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery(depending on location,Order Status,Postal Regulations.Or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We take no responsibility for delays in transit once your parcel leaves our premises.

Damaged goods are to be reported to us on delivery of your parcel, Failure to notify us will void any claim you may have.

You can return damaged goods to us only when we have authorized your claim and given you a return authorization claim number (RAN) to accompany your parcel,all goods must be returned to us in original packaging.
