Shipping
All items are shipped with Australia Post, Orders are dispatched once a week (every friday morning), Delivery is between 14-21 days. We take no responsability for delays in shipping.
Orders placed with Heavenly Scents take no responsability in transit times or delays with your purchase.
By placing an order we understand you have read our terms an agree and understand these conditions.
Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed on our system cancellations are not possible so please choose carefully and check your order before submitting.
Your account
All purchases made through our website are strictly payment up front, we do not provide credit.
Ordering
Heavenly Scents products are subject to availability. Therefore, product items may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in whole or part. Once you place an order you will receive a notice via e-mail. After the e-mail confirmation is forwarded this commences the legally binding agreement between you and Heavenly Scents and therefore will commence the terms and conditions.
Damaged Items & Returns
All returns are to be authorized by Heavenly Scents and must accompany a (RAN) return authorization number. Your purchase must be returned in its original packaging and all return costs are the purchasers responsibility. Once we have inspected your purchase and found your item to be damaged a replacement will be given. Any signs of tampering or non accidental damage will void any claim for refund/replacement. Your replacement return postal costs are our responsibility.

The prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars $AUS and GST exclusive and will be charged at the rate of 10% on proceeding through the checkout process.
